    Role Description The Warehouse Operations Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in New Holstein, WI. This role is responsible for receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming paper and plastic stock lots, as well as preparing and packaging outbound orders. Daily tasks include operating warehouse equipment, loading and unloading materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, and keeping work areas clean and safe. The associate will follow safety protocols, assist with quality checks, and coordinate with supervisors and drivers to ensure timely and accurate shipments. This position requires dependable attendance, attention to detail, and a willingness to perform physical tasks throughout the day.

    • Experience with basic warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping materials.

    • Ability to operate or learn to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely.

    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory tracking, labeling, and documentation.
    • \n
    • Capability to perform physical work, including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods, following safety guidelines.
    • \n
    • Basic math and computer skills for inventory systems, shipping documentation, and order processing.
    • \n
    • Reliable communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with warehouse staff, drivers, and supervisors.
    • \n
    • Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and adherence to company policies and environmental practices.
    • \n
    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
    • \n
    • Willingness to learn about recyclable materials and support the company’s sustainability-focused mission.
