About the Role:
International H2O Inc is looking for a motivated, reliable, and dependable Warehouse Operations Associate to join our operations team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced warehouse environment where your hard work and attention to detail make a real impact every day. You'll play a key role in keeping our inventory accurate, orders moving, and shipments on time. We are currently growing rapidly and this is a great moment to join our team.  


Duties:

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments and inventory
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for accurate and timely fulfillment
• Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas for optimal efficiency
• Operate warehouse equipment such as a  forklift, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
• Conduct routine inventory counts and assist with stock management
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and warehouse procedures
• Assist in the logistics of transporting merchandise
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving goals

 Qualifications:

• Prior warehouse, logistics, or distribution center experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly
• Familiarity with inventory management systems or warehouse software a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is key
