Shift: Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Location: Onsite at a major automotive parts distribution warehouse

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Wave Planner to support daily warehouse operations and order fulfillment activities. In this role, you will coordinate and execute warehouse wave planning, ensure orders are released accurately and on time, support label printing operations, manage order cancellations, process material return documentation, and communicate supply concerns that could impact operations.

This position plays a critical role in maintaining efficient warehouse workflow and ensuring customer orders move through the distribution process without delays.

Responsibilities

• Execute warehouse waves based on daily operational priorities and order requirements.
• Release orders accurately and on schedule to support warehouse fulfillment activities.
• Print assignment labels for warehouse operations and order processing.
• Monitor, maintain, and refill printers to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
• Process order cancellations as directed by operational requirements.
• Handle material return documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Communicate low-supply or inventory concerns to leadership to prevent operational disruptions.
• Support daily warehouse execution by coordinating wave-related activities and resolving issues impacting order flow.
• Maintain workflow continuity by identifying and escalating operational concerns.
• Collaborate with warehouse, inventory, and operations teams to support productivity goals.

• Understanding of warehouse operations, order fulfillment, and inventory processes.
• Ability to identify operational issues and escalate appropriately.
• Experience with warehouse management systems or order processing systems is preferred.
• Proficient computer skills and experience working with operational data.
