Exol operates fulfillment-as-a-service with deep automation expertise for customers across CPG, food & beverage, wholesale, and retail. We’re an independently managed joint venture of Symbotic and SoftBank, and we’re scaling with intention.

How You’ll Make It Happen

  1. Lead end-to-end operations: Orchestrate conventional and automated processes; align all activities to company metrics and service commitments.
  2. Be accountable for the P&L: Set budgets, control costs, forecast accurately, and deliver revenue growth.
  3. Grow leaders: Develop Operations Managers and Supervisors through coaching, clear goals, and consistent feedback.
  4. Engineer improvement: Drive continuous improvement to elevate quality, throughput, and sustainability.
  5. Modernize the stack: Advance WMS and material handling systems in partnership with IT and engineering.
  6. Win with customers: Build trust, preempt issues, and co-create solutions that meet evolving expectations.
  7. Strengthen the supply base: Support vendor relationships and procurement for dependable, cost-effective outcomes.
  8. Lead with safety: Enforce regulations and environmental compliance; model a safety-first culture.
  9. Decide with data: Track KPIs and financials; translate insights into measurable actions.
  10. Plan for scale: Create long-range strategies that optimize resources and sync building growth with regional priorities.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related discipline).
  • 8+ years of operations management in warehousing/logistics/supply chain, including 2+ years in senior building leadership with proven P&L ownership.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and resolve complex problems quickly.
  • Hands-on knowledge of automated and conventional operations, WMS, inventory, and material handling systems.
  • Financial rigor in budgeting, forecasting, analytics, and margin improvement.
  • Project leadership experience; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
  • History of integrating automation and advanced logistics technologies.
  • Persuasive communicator with strong vendor negotiation and supplier management skills.
  • Fluent with Microsoft Office, ERP platforms, and WMS tools.
  • Drive for sustainability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Where and How You’ll Work

  • On-site leadership at the warehouse; presence on the floor and in the office.
  • Travel up to 10% with a valid driver’s license; ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations.
  • Flexible to cover day, swing, night, and on-call needs based on operations.
  • Physically able to walk/stand for extended periods, climb stairs/ladders, and work in warehouse environments with temperature and noise variability.
