Lead Daily Warehouse Excellence in Canal Fulton, OH

Picture your day: you arrive at our Canal Fulton facility and review inbound schedules, confirm staffing, and scan key performance dashboards. You walk the floor, coach a new team lead on safe loading techniques, and fine-tune a pick-path that will shave minutes off every order. By mid-morning, you’ve aligned receiving, inventory, and shipping on a high-priority customer commitment. Before day’s end, you’ve closed the cycle count variance and published a short action plan to boost accuracy tomorrow. That’s a typical day for our Warehouse Operations & Inventory Control Manager.

What You’ll Own

• Full oversight of warehouse functions: receiving, put-away, inventory control, picking, packing, and outbound shipping.
• Hiring, training, scheduling, and performance coaching for a diverse team; reinforcing safety-first behaviors.
• Designing and refining standard operating procedures to improve throughput, accuracy, and cost per order.
• Inventory stewardship, including routine audits, cycle counts, reconciliation, and root-cause correction.
• Cross-functional coordination with Customer Service, Procurement, and Transportation to meet fulfillment SLAs and delight customers.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant facility that meets EHS and OSHA standards.
• Analyzing KPIs (fill rate, order accuracy, dock-to-stock, pick productivity) and recommending data-driven improvements.

Day shift only—no weekends.

What You Bring

• Proven success as a Warehouse Manager or similar operations leadership role.
• Inspiring people leader with demonstrated supervisory experience and coaching/mentoring capability.
• Hands-on warehouse background spanning distribution and fulfillment environments.
• Comfort with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software; data-savvy decision maker.
• Deep knowledge of warehouse safety, workplace safety & EHS management best practices.
• Clear communicator—confident in both written updates and on-the-floor direction.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field is a plus.
• Forklift licensed/certified.
