Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Lead to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing warehouse staff, open and close the warehouse, and ensure daily tasks are completed. This role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency of our logistics operations and supporting our commitment to customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Ensure staff members are accurately pulling products from lanes according to route specifications.
• Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and update order statuses.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with inventory control measures.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize pulling processes and improve efficiency.
• Handle materials safely, including heavy lifting as required, while adhering to safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe working environment.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of inventory control processes and logistics operations.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and distribution center procedures.
• Experience in materials handling and warehouse management practices.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Previous experience in third-party logistics (3PL) is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills to work collaboratively within a team.

Shift: 45 hours a week M-F, start time is 6:00 am. Shifts are flexible.
