WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS MANAGER

Lubbock, TX | $60,000/year + Year-End Bonus | Full-Time

Snelling is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager for an established West Texas agricultural organization. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing employees and day-to-day operations across multiple warehouse facilities within approximately 60 miles of Lubbock.

We’re looking for a dependable, organized leader who can manage people, keep operations running efficiently, and confidently handle the day-to-day challenges of a busy warehouse environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee daily operations across multiple warehouse facilities
• Supervise, train, and manage warehouse employees
• Coordinate the receiving, storage, inventory, handling, and shipping of cotton
• Maintain safe, clean, organized, and efficient facilities
• Enforce safety policies and ensure compliance with company and USDA requirements
• Inspect warehouse facilities, equipment, and fire-protection systems
• Monitor staffing, inventory, shipping activity, and maintenance needs
• Communicate operational updates and concerns to company management
• Coordinate professionally with employees, customers, truck drivers, and vendors
• Travel between local facilities as operationally needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous warehouse supervisory or management experience preferred
• Experience in warehousing, logistics, distribution, agriculture, cotton, manufacturing, or similar operations
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory and shipping systems
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends during peak cotton season

PAY & BENEFITS

• $60,000 annual salary

• Monday–Friday, typically 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
