We’re seeking a hands-on Senior Warehouse Manager to lead operations within a fast-paced warehouse in Orangeburg, SC. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced 3PL warehouse professional with strong leadership, WMS, inventory control, and logistics experience who is looking for a long-term career opportunity! Key Requirements:
Hands-on leadership experience directly managing warehouse floor operations and experienced teams
Experience with working with a WMS- Preferably a scan-based receiving and picking WMS
Strong knowledge of RFID technology, barcode systems, inventory scanning, cycle counts, and physical inventory
Experience managing inbound/outbound logistics, shipping, receiving, and parcel/LTL/FTL operations
Experience with carrier scheduling, routing requirements, and resolving shipping or refused freight issues
Ability to design and improve warehouse racking, slotting, and put-away systems
Strong computer skills, including intermediate Excel, WMS platforms, and reporting tools
Experience hiring, training, and ramping up warehouse teams during peak periods
Current forklift operator certification with the ability to train and certify new hires
Knowledge of OSHA requirements and warehouse safety best practices
Strong people-management and communication skills with a proven history of successful warehouse leadership
Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous-improvement experience is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience considered
