At Coram AI, we’re reimagining video security for the modern world. Our cloud-native platform uses computer vision and AI to help businesses stay safe, make smarter decisions, and move faster; from real-time alerts to seamless clip sharing and multi-site visibility.

You’ll be joining an ambitious, fast-moving team that values clarity, craftsmanship, and impact. Every person here has a voice, ships meaningful work, and helps shape how AI can make the world safer and more connected.

About Coram AI

Coram is building the defining Physical AI platform of this decade. We are growing rapidly, with strong market pull, and a clear mission: protect any physical space through always-on AI agents that convert sensor data from cameras, access controls, and alarms into real-time actions and insights.

The founding team brings deep technical DNA from self-driving and robotics. We have built and scaled teams at Zoox (acquired by Amazon for $1.5B), Lyft, and Toyota, and previously founded companies that were acquired by Lyft. We know how to build category-defining products and scale them.

We are going after a massive market with a vertically integrated platform across software and hardware. Coram is fundamentally different from incumbents: our platform is camera-agnostic, allowing customers to use existing infrastructure instead of locking them into proprietary ecosystems.

Because we ship physical hardware alongside our software, physical operations, warehousing, and inventory are core to how we deliver for customers and how we scale.

The Role

We are hiring a founding Warehouse Operations Manager to own the physical, back-office operations of Coram: how we receive, store, package, and ship our hardware, and how we manage inventory as we scale. This is a hands-on, build-from-scratch role reporting to the Head of People. It is not about monitoring a dashboard someone else built; it is about building the systems, standards, and processes in the first place.

On shipping and logistics, you will run shipping and receiving day to day, coordinate with multiple transportation and carrier partners, and manage domestic and international shipments (including to markets like Canada and Australia). You will own the physical flow of product on the ground, from how items are packaged and shelved to the practical mechanics of moving inventory through the warehouse safely and efficiently.

On inventory, you will own management end to end: tracking millions of dollars of hardware inventory, knowing exactly what we hold and where it is stored, forecasting when we are about to run short, and standing up the systems to keep all of it accurate. That means selecting and running the right warehouse management system (WMS), ERP, and inventory tracking tools as we grow.

This is a product- and sales-focused operations role. You will partner closely with the sales and product teams, build scalable processes that keep pace with demand, and manage and grow the existing warehouse team. You will report to the CEO for now, and eventually into a senior operations leader as the function scales.

Requirements

  • several years of hands-on warehouse, inventory, or physical-operations experience (mid-to-senior level)

  • direct, hands-on experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERPs, and inventory tracking tools

  • strong command of shipping and receiving, packaging, storage, and working with transportation and carrier partners, including international shipping

  • experience managing inventory at scale: tracking, forecasting, replenishment, and keeping high-value inventory accurate

  • has been part of a smaller warehouse or physical-operations team that scaled (roughly a 10 to 25 person team) and personally saw that growth, rather than joining a large, fully built-out operation or a team that never scaled

  • a founding-operator mindset: able to build processes and systems from scratch with real strategic insight, not just run what already exists

  • comfortable being hands-on and onsite; physical operations require a physical presence

  • industry-agnostic; the stage and scale of the operations you have run matters more than the sector

Personal Characteristics

  • Hands-on — comfortable on the warehouse floor and in the details, from forklifts and shelving to packaging and pick-pack-ship.

  • Builder — creates the systems, standards, and processes that do not exist yet and makes them scale.

  • Owner — takes end-to-end responsibility for inventory accuracy and on-time shipping, no reminders needed.

  • Detail-oriented — keeps millions of dollars of inventory tracked, located, and accurate.

  • Cross-functional — partners closely with sales and product to keep operations aligned with demand.

  • Scrappy — thrives in ambiguity and moves with urgency in a fast-growing environment.
