Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform activities related to receiving, shipping, moving, manufacturing, or controlling raw materials, products, recyclable materials, and waste.
  • Operate equipment/machinery when necessary.
  • Prioritize work based on customer needs in a team environment.
  • Prepare and maintain various records and documents.
  • Document raw material inventories accurately.
  • Foster continuous improvement in training and team performance.
  • Integrate Quality Systems into all functions and activities.
  • Maintain Inventory Record Accuracy at acceptable levels to support the manufacturing facility.
  • Manage all storeroom functions and inventory control.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to the receipt, transfer, and shipment of products.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience Required
  • Prior experience with warehouse operations, equipment handling, and inventory control is desirable.
  • Familiarity with MRP systems and transactional data as it relates to inventory movements.
Skills & Certifications
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of using data collection devices.
  • Adequate math skills.
  • Ability to interpret and comprehend specifications and procedures.
  • Use of measuring devices and tools.
  • Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools and facility equipment.
  • Strong documentation and record-keeping abilities.
  • Motivation to support team objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
Eligibilities & qualifications
  • Required: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must pass training/licensing requirements as per federal or local regulations (if applicable).
  • Ability to develop required job skills at an acceptable rate.
