Warehouse Operations Specialist – Job Duties

• You will help keep field service, electrical, and installation crews moving by making sure the right equipment, tools, materials, and trucks are ready when they are needed
• Receive incoming electrical equipment and materials and ensure they are accounted for
• Move, stage, and organize equipment throughout the warehouse and yard using a forklift
• Prep trucks, tools, materials, and equipment for field service, electrical, and installation teams
• Keep the warehouse, yard, truck areas, and equipment areas clean, safe, and organized
• Track incoming equipment and materials tied to customer jobs
• Provide purchasing and purchase order support as needed

You will likely work 70% in warehouse/yard/equipment handling and 30% computer/ERP in the office.

Warehouse Operations Specialist – Required Experience & Skills

You have:

• Prior experience working in a warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, yard, equipment rental, construction warehouse, service company, or retail warehouse experience environment
• Experience operating a Forklift (certification not required but helpful)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stay active throughout the day – you are on your feet a lot! Moving vehicles and equipment, including outdoors in the yard
• Basic computer skills (inputting data into systems and basic Excel spreadsheets) and comfort learning an ERP system such as Acumatica

Warehouse Operations Specialist – For You
Your compensation will be $65,000 to $75,000 annually, depending on your experience level. You will be provided with medical insurance options including employer contribution towards your premium, paid time off, paid holidays and more. You will work a standard Monday-Friday schedule (no planned weekend work). This role is physically located in Diamond Springs, California, and you will work on site in both the warehouse and the office.
