    • Communicate company goals, expectations, and operational priorities to employees.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
    • Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and employee engagement.
    • Address day-to-day employee and operational concerns using sound judgment and consistent leadership.

    What We're Looking For

    • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
    • Three to five years of supervisory or management experience in a warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
    • Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
    • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
    • Experience managing labor and shifting operational priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.
    • Experience using RF scanners, warehouse management systems, or similar warehouse technology.
    • Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory movement, material handling, shipping, and receiving.
    • Flexibility to work occasional overtime, begin earlier, or adjust the schedule based on operational needs.
    • An associate degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered.

    Why Join CDS?

    • Primarily a day-shift schedule with a typical start time around 9:30 a.m.
    • Later morning, start offering added flexibility before the workday begins.
    • Opportunity to lead and develop an established team of approximately 30 employees.
    • Ability to make a direct impact on daily operations and employee development.
    • Collaborative leadership environment.
    • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.
    • Opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
