Reporting to the Supply Chain Planning Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading warehouse operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and service excellence. What will you do? Lead receiving, warehousing, picking, packing, and shipping operations Assign and optimize work across teams and shifts Coach, train, and develop employees Monitor logistics performance, cost, and quality Drive continuous improvement and safety initiatives Manage staffing, performance, and scheduling What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
