We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead our warehouse team and oversee daily operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys motivating employees, improving processes, and ensuring products move efficiently from receiving to shipping.

The ideal candidate has previous warehouse leadership experience, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to safety, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead warehouse staff while overseeing daily warehouse operations
  
• Coordinate receiving, stocking, inventory, order picking, packing, and shipping activities
  
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and shipped on time
  
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts and inventory control
  
• Train, coach, and develop warehouse team members
  
• Schedule and assign daily workloads to maximize productivity
  
• Monitor employee performance and maintain a positive team environment
  
• Enforce company safety policies and OSHA standards
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse
  
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with vendors, carriers, and internal departments
  
• Work closely with Sales, Purchasing, and Delivery teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
  
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and efficiency
  
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed
  
• Troubleshoot operational issues and resolve them quickly to minimize downtime
  

Requirements

• Previous warehouse supervisory, team lead, or warehouse management experience preferred
  
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, and inventory control
  
• Forklift experience (certification is a plus)
  
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
  
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory management systems preferred
  
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  
• Commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence
  
• High school diploma or GED required
  

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
  
• Stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday
  
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely
  
• Work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
