Operator 1, Warehouse Operations Compensation
$16.50/hr (Friday)
$19.50/hr (Saturday & Sunday)
Benefits available after 90 days
401(k) match after 1 year (eligibility dates)
Operator 1, Warehouse Operations Highlights
Temporary contract with potential to convert perm based on attendance/performance/business needs
Schedule: Friday–Sunday, 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM (on-site)
These are NOT forklift roles
Drug test required

Operator 1, Warehouse Operations Responsibilities
Unload inbound trucks and verify numbers/quantities
Stack boxes onto specific pallet patterns
Locate pallets into racks / storage locations
Use scanners to complete inventory/receiving transactions
Build/assemble loads according to defined diagrams
Maintain a clean/acceptable work area and follow safety/quality procedures
May work between Covington and Madison locations as needed
Operator 1, Warehouse Operations Requirements
High School Diploma/GED
Attendance mandatory first 90 days
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and follow written/verbal instructions
Ability to perform basic math and read/basic English instructions
Ability to safely lift/move up to 30 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
Operator 1, Warehouse Operations Preferred Qualifications
2–3 years of material handling / warehouse experience (material handling equipment experience is a plus)
