What You'll Do as a Warehouse Operator:

Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently
Receive, move, store, pick, and ship materials accurately and timely
Process inventory transactions to maintain accurate records
Perform cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy
Maintain organized storage areas following established procedures
Apply lean practices and 5S standards to improve efficiency and reduce waste
Monitor material flow and support distribution operations
Maintain a clean, safe work environment and complete assigned tasks

What You Need to Bring to the Warehouse Operator Role:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment
Experience operating material handling equipment such as forklifts
Knowledge of inventory processes including receiving, picking, and shipping
Ability to perform basic math calculations and data entry
Ability to use computer systems including Microsoft Office and ERP or WMS tools
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout shift
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands
