We are seeking a Warehouse Operator to support day-to-day factory and warehouse operations. Under general supervision, this position will receive, handle, store, process system transactions, pick, pack, and dispatch materials while following established procedures and safety/quality standards.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and have forklift experience.
Job Responsibilities
Receive incoming goods and inspect shipments for damage or discrepancies against invoices.
Sort, label, package, and store materials accurately and efficiently.
Organize warehouse storage to optimize available space and material flow.
Perform system transactions related to receiving, storing, picking, and shipping.
Pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing goods based on written or verbal orders.
Operate manual and automated material-handling equipment, including forklifts.
Identify and control damaged or non-conforming materials.
Perform quality checks and follow established work instructions and standard procedures.
Maintain required production/warehouse cycle times and standards.
Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
Perform routine housekeeping, equipment cleaning, and planned operator-care activities.
Report safety hazards, injuries, incidents, and equipment issues promptly.
Follow all Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies, procedures, and regulations.
Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Communicate effectively with warehouse teams, support teams, skilled trades, and other stakeholders.
Participate in process improvement initiatives related to safety, quality, material flow, and employee development.
Remain flexible and perform other duties as required to support business goals.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
1+ year of warehouse, material handling, or related experience.
Forklift experience required.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to perform system transactions.
Ability to follow established procedures, written instructions, and verbal directions.
Strong attention to detail, particularly when checking shipments and documentation.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
