Essential Functions:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory while verifying accuracy against shipping documentation.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment in accordance with quality and shipping requirements.
- Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, stock replenishment, and inventory adjustments as needed.
- Use RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), and inventory software to accurately track materials and inventory movement.
- Package products securely to prevent damage during storage and transportation.
- Prepare shipping documentation and assist with outbound shipments.
- Load and unload trucks while ensuring safe material handling practices.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in accordance with OSHA and company safety standards.
- Support daily warehouse operations while meeting productivity, quality, and customer service expectations.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse, distribution, logistics, or material handling experience preferred.
- Experience using RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is a plus.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds or more.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
