The Warehouse Operator supports the warehouse shipping and receiving operations. They will work closely with the Director warehouse and logistics and on-site QA to receive, maintain and ship materials in accordance with regulatory requirements and Internal SOPs.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating inbound packing slips for incoming material
  • Receiving, logging, inspecting and put away all incoming material.
  • Deciding bin locations and placing material in bin and logging locations in ERP system
  • Picking and shipping of all out bound material. (UPS, FedEx, Freight)
  • Deciding the best way to ship outbound deliveries based off cost and the safety of the material.
  • Releasing Packing Slip at the end of the day and entering tracking info into ERP system
  • Assisting with cycle counting and inventory counts
  • Day today cleaning of the warehouse
  • Release shipments from Willow Birch
  • Filling out Fridge/Freezer logs and cleaning logs
  • Handle initiating freight claims when material comes in damaged
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 0-2 years' warehouse experience, preference given for experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry
  • Hazardous shipping experience desire.
  • Forklift experience.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably in SAP, and a general computer skill
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
