Warehouse Operator

Luxor Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Operator paying $20-$20.50 per hour with 1st and 2nd shifts. Weekly pay, possible overtime, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more!

• (Schedule B) Mon thru Thursday 6PM to 6AM
• (Schedule C) Thursday thru Sunday 6AM to 6PM

Responsibilities

1. Set up, operate, and adjust manufacturing equipment according to production instructions
2. Load raw materials and supplies into machines for production runs
3. Monitor machine performance and production output
4. Inspect finished products and materials to ensure quality standards are met
5. Identify defects or production issues and report them to supervisors
6. Troubleshoot minor machine issues and assist with equipment adjustments
7. Keep machines and work areas clean and organized
8. Follow all company safety procedures and workplace policies
9. Work efficiently to meet daily production goals

Requirements

1. Basic computer knowledge and skills
2. Willingness to learn and be trained on equipment and processes
3. Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
4. Strong attention to detail
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
6. Reliable attendance and punctuality
7. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift materials during the shift
8. Good communication skills and ability to work with a team
9. Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is a plus, but not required
10. Basic mechanical understanding is helpful but not necessary
