Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator

Pay Rate: Starting at $19.00/hour
Location: Claremore, OK
Duration: One year Contract

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday–Friday
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Monday–Friday

Overtime Opportunities Available

• Overtime may be offered on the opposite shift and on weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of forklift experience
• SAP experience preferred but not required
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 6+ months of related warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience

Job Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to load, unload, move, and store materials safely and efficiently
• Read and interpret instructions, correspondence, and work-related documents
• Utilize basic computer skills for inventory and warehouse processes
• Perform duties in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Assist with occasional outdoor tasks as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)

Physical Requirements

• Must be comfortable working at heights of up to approximately 20 feet while using appropriate fall protection equipment, including a safety harness
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift

Work Environment

• Climate-controlled warehouse with air conditioning and heating
• Fast-paced and often noisy environment
• Continuous movement and physical activity throughout the workday
• Occasional outdoor work may be required

Dress Code

• Blue jeans without holes
• T-shirt
• Steel-toe boots

All additional required PPE will be provided.

Required Skills

• Basic reading comprehension and written communication skills
• Basic math skills
• Basic PC/computer proficiency
• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment and follow workplace safety standards
