Warehouse Operator

TRC Talent is looking for an experienced Warehouse Operator for our client in Kennesaw, GA!

Overview: 

The ideal candidate will have general warehouse experience and be comfortable using warehouse management software to track orders and inventory. The successful candidate will balance hands-on tasks like pulling orders, packing, cleaning medical devices, and utilizing computer systems to help manage inventory and workflow.
 

Job Details:

• Monday-Friday, 8AM-4:30PM

• $18/hr (based on experience)

• Temp to hire
   

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and register incoming goods, including physical receipt, quality checks, and verification against purchase orders.

• Record goods receipt and inventory transactions within ERP systems.

• Participate in inventory control activities, including cycle counts.

• Ensure proper stock location, organization, and storage conditions.

• Perform daily order picking accurately and on time.

• Pack orders according to customer, destination, and shipment specifications.

• Ensure shipments comply with customs requirements and local regulations.

• Assist with booking products and shipments according to established procedures.

• Escalate missing information or product shortages as needed.
   

Requirements:

• Experience in a warehouse environment with general warehouse skills.

• Ability to work with computers and learn new software systems quickly.

• Comfortable with technology and able to troubleshoot or navigate warehouse management software independently after initial training.

• Flexibility to transition between hands-on warehouse tasks and computer-based work.

• Comfortable receiving constructive feedback and open to learning and growth.

• Ability to work well in a small team and contribute to maintaining a productive environment, even during slower periods.

• Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
