Warehouse Operator - Mornings/ Evenings

Production Operator Mornings/ Evenings| $18.00–$18.60/hr | Weekly Pay | No Weekends

This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with steady hours, weekly pay, and no weekend work.

Pay & Schedule:

Location: Salisbury, NC

Pay Rates:

• 1st Shift: $18.00/hr
• 2nd Shift: $18.60/hr

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

What you'll be doing:

• Trimming and removing excess foam from panels
• Scraping panels (most of the shift)
• Sanding surfaces to remove residue
• Prepping boards for coating
• Assisting in the coating process using a handheld paint brush
• Operating machinery (including a claw-like material handler)
• Placing and stacking boards onto pallets
• Performing manual, repetitive tasks throughout the shift

You will be cross trained in multiple departments, so flexibility is required.

Work Environment:

• Work is physical, manual, and repetitive
• Operators are on their feet all day
• Requires attention to detail and quality focus
• You will be paired in a 2-person team
• Reliability is critical – if you miss work, production is impacted

Consistent attendance and punctuality are absolutely required.
