What You'll Do as a Warehouse Operator:- Manage incoming and outgoing warehouse shipments
- Adjust and maintain inventory records within the ERP inventory system
- Operate a forklift and stretch-wrapping equipment safely and efficiently
- Prepare and document shipping and receiving paperwork
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse
- Maintain organized inventory and storage areas
What You Need to Bring to the Warehouse Operator Role:- 3–5 years of shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to operate a forklift; forklift certification is a plus
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to become DOT qualified
- Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials throughout the shift
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and/or drug screen, if required
