Trident Consulting is seeking a " Warehouse Operator” for one of our client in " Pasadena, TX”. A global leader in business and technology services.
Role : Warehouse Operator (Picking & packing)
Location: Pasadena, TX- onsite
Rate: $19/hr on w2
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners, pick lists, or warehouse management systems
- Locate products in the warehouse and ensure correct item, quantity, and condition
- Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling, wrapping, and palletizing
- Maintain inventory accuracy by reporting discrepancies or damaged items
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, or forklifts show forklift certification requirements
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Meet productivity and accuracy targets set by warehouse leadership
- Assist with restocking shelves and general warehouse tasks as needed
Warehouse Packer
- The Warehouse Packer is responsible for accurately preparing, packing, and labeling customer orders to ensure safe and efficient shipment. This role plays a key part in maintaining smooth warehouse operations by following quality standards, meeting productivity goals, and keeping the work area clean and organized.
Key Responsibilities
- Pack, and prepare orders according to company standards and customer requirements
- Inspect items for damage, accuracy, and quality before packing
- Use packing materials to secure products and prevent damage during transit
- Label packages correctly and ensure all documentation is complete
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners, carts)
- Operate forklift equipment previous experience is required
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow safety procedures and report any issues or hazards
- Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse or packing experience is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Work Environment
- Frequent lifting, bending, and moving of materials
- Use of safety equipment as required
