Overview
Seeking an experienced Warehouse Operator with hands-on pick and pack experience in a physical warehouse environment. Candidates must be comfortable regularly handling products weighing 50–60 lbs. without forklift assistance and lifting up to 75 lbs.
Required Skills
- Previous warehouse pick and pack experience required
- Ability to regularly handle 50–60 lb. items without forklift assistance
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Basic computer skills
- Familiarity with basic warehouse operations
- Ability to use hand tools
- Ability to become licensed to operate powered material handling equipment (PMHE)
- Ability to work safely and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime as needed
Job Description
- Pick, assemble, pack, and load customer orders for LTL and small-package shipments.
- Transport finished products from production lines to warehouse storage and order areas.
- Operate powered material handling equipment to move, store, load, and unload finished products.
- Process inventory transactions, shipping manifests, packing lists, and billing information using computer systems.
- Assist with warehouse organization and inventory movement.
- Utilize basic SAP functions as required.
- Clean and assist with the cleanup of spills according to established safety procedures.
- Work in varying warehouse temperatures and conditions while following all safety requirements.
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience operating powered material handling equipment
- Basic SAP experience
- Experience with inventory control, shipping documentation, and order fulfillment
