Seeking a Warehouse Operator Specialist for a full-time role in Albuquerque, working Sundays to Tuesdays and every other Wednesday, 7pm-7am.
- Coordinate daily operations, oversee shipping, receiving, and staging activities, and ensure accuracy and productivity.
- Train and mentor team members on distribution procedures, safety, and equipment operation, including forklift certification.
- Manage quality control, verify product accuracy, and report discrepancies.
- Maintain safety standards, cleanliness, and compliance with ISO and OSHA regulations.
- Supervise labor activities, assist with scheduling, and ensure efficient equipment use and maintenance.
- Perform administrative tasks, support safety meetings, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of logistics experience, forklift certification, and basic computer skills. Preferred candidates have 2-4 years of warehouse experience and active MHE certification. Physical demands involve walking, standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in varying warehouse temperatures.
