Warehouse Opportunities - Multiple Roles & Shifts

Join our warehouse team! We are hiring for multiple opportunities, including General Warehouse Worker, Shipping and Receiving Operator, Inventory Control Tech, Traffic Clerk, and Warehouse Lead. We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals who are interested in building their careers in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Available Shifts:

A Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:00 PM

B Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 6:00 PM-4:00 AM

C Shift: Friday-Sunday, 6:00 AM-6:00 PM

D Shift: Thursday-Saturday, 6:00 PM-6:00 AM

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:

• Perform general warehouse activities, including retrieving pallets, replenishing racks, case picking, and maintaining an organized work environment.
• Load and unload products from trucks and containers, including manual handling when required.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
• Pick, receive, ship, and move products while maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Use RF scanners to verify products, counts, and inventory movement.
• Inspect products for damage or quality issues and report concerns to leadership.
• Replenish and properly store inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Support inventory control activities and research inventory discrepancies.
• Assist with training and supporting team members in a Warehouse Lead capacity, when applicable.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support other warehouse functions and operational needs as assigned.
• Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to meet operational goals.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)

• Previous warehouse, shipping and receiving, inventory control, forklift, or leadership experience is a plus.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and accurately identify and scan products.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.; weight may vary by facility and position.
• Ability to work in cold or hot environments while wearing required PPE, as applicable.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed.
• Comfortable working in varying noise levels, which may be loud at times.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attendance, dependability, and commitment to safety.
