In this role you will be following orders as they come in, picking inventory to suit and organizing items together for packing and shipping. The person in this role will need to be motivated and detail oriented to ensure our customers get the great experience buying from us that they expect and deserve.Key ResponsibilitiesPick orders from inventory ensuring order accuracyStage orders in an organized mannerPack completed orders once the show is completeEnsure inventory is accurate regularlyCollaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., customer service, fulfillment, warehouse) to ensure smooth operations.What We're Looking ForA detail oriented and motivated learner.Verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Passion for knives, gear, or related products-or a willingness to become an expert.Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced setting.Basic computer literacy and comfort using order management tools.Strong organizational skillsPhysical RequirementsStanding and walking for up to 8 hours on concrete floors.Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs.Safe handling of knives and edged tools.Prolonged periods looking at a computer screen.Work EnvironmentFriendly, team-oriented warehouse environment with temperature fluctuations.Fast-paced and ever-evolving as we experiment with new live-selling formats.QualificationsMust be 18 years or older.High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.Schedule & CompensationEmployment Type- Full-time, hourly/non-exemptWork Hours- Monday - Friday 8am-5pm & 4pm-1amSalary- $16.00 per hrEmployment at Blade HQ is predicated upon passing a background check and drug screening.
