Location: Moraine, OH

Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour

Schedule: Full Time + OT as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive reaching, bending, squatting, walking, and kneeling
• Strong manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and fine motor skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet productivity standards
• Comfortable using computers, scales, gauges, and other production equipment
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed

• Scan, grab, box, repeat, knocking out orders like a pro
• Pack orders clean and tight
• Scan items with handhelds
• Stay active and lift up to 50 lbs
• Safety first on every job
• Be reliable and put in the work
• Details make or break the shift
• Learn quick and step into more
