Job Title: 1st Shift Kitting
Pay: $17 - $17.50 per hour
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Youll work closely with supervisors and your fellow warehouse team members to deliver results that matter.
What You'll Do
As a 1st Shift Kitting Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Gathering and organizing parts and materials according to pick lists and work orders
Ensuring items are correct, complete, and properly labeled before shipment or assembly
Using handheld scanners to accurately track kitted and picked items
Maintaining inventory accuracy by recording part movements and updates
Supporting warehouse safety and efficiency by restocking and assisting with inventory counts
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
At least 6 months of warehouse or manufacturing experience, preferably in kitting, picking, or inventory support
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Basic comfort with scanners, hand tools, and warehouse equipment
Reliable work ethic and general labor skills
