Warehouse Order Picking Equipment Specialist

Help move products across North America from our high-velocity warehouse. You’ll operate modern material-handling equipment to pick, stage, and ship orders with accuracy and care.

A day in the life

From the moment you step on the floor, you’re scanning locations, maneuvering a high-reach order picker or forklift down the aisles, and keeping every move coordinated and safe. You’ll team up with coworkers, communicate clearly with leads and supervisors, and follow documented work instructions—circling back to follow up on assigned tasks so every order ships on time.

What you’ll do

• Use handheld scanners to track item locations and inventory movements throughout the building.
• Operate powered industrial trucks and warehouse equipment—forklift, pallet jack, and cherry picker—requiring coordinated body movements.
• Collaborate as a strong team player and communicate effectively across all organizational levels, including peers, customers, and management.
• Follow standardized work instructions and safety procedures.
• Follow up on tasks to completion to maintain flow and quality.

Where you’ll work

This role is based in our warehouse facility shipping across North America.

Available shifts

• Sunday - Wednesday Days 6:00am to 4:30pm
• Wednesday - Saturday Days 6:00am to 4:30pm
• Monday - Thursday Evenings 5:00pm to 3:30am

What you’ll bring

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED is a plus.
• Prior warehousing or manufacturing exposure is a plus.
• Forklift or other heavy machinery experience is a plus.
• Comfort using department-specific tech such as RF scanners, desktop computers, and touchscreens.
• Ability to comprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality targets.
• Consistent, acceptable attendance and willingness to work overtime as required.

Physical demands

• Stand and walk for long periods during the shift.
• Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods.
• Reach, pull, push, and lift freight and objects of various sizes and weights up to 50 pounds.
