MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• RF scanner experience required, with basic computer and math skills
• Stable/recent warehouse experience
• Order puller experience
• Ability to accurately and safely select, verify, and prepare shipments while following warehouse policies and procedures
• High School Diploma or GED

EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Regularly sitting and/or standing on powered equipment.

• Frequently lifting up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to bend, stoop, turn, pivot, walk and/or stand for 8+ hours.

• A good sense of balance and coordination and ability to assess weights.

• Ability to work in varying temperatures depending upon the season both indoors and out and wear various PPE.

Compensation & Schedule:

Pay: $15/hr

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7AM-3:30PM

ROLE IMPACT

• Support efficient warehouse operations by accurately selecting, packing, and preparing orders for shipment
• Helps ensure inventory is handled safely, orders meet requirements, and products move through the distribution center accurately and on time.

KEY DUTIES

• Accurately select, verify, pack, label, and prepare orders for outbound shipping.

• Receive, route, stock, and maintain inventory in an orderly manner.

• Use a warehouse management system and RF scanner to process inventory and shipments.

• Follow all safety protocols, warehouse procedures, and housekeeping expectations; report safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or operational issues.

• Safely manage loads of heavy equipment, tires, and/or pallets of parts.
