    Warehouse Order Selector | Distribution
     
    Hillyard, Inc. is currently seeking a Warehouse Order Selector to join our Distribution team in St. Joseph, MO.
     
    Are you someone who enjoys staying active, working in a fast-paced warehouse, and takes pride in building accurate orders that keep customers happy?
     
    We're looking for dependable team members with warehouse or distribution experience who understand the importance of accuracy, productivity, and teamwork. If you've worked in order picking, pallet building, shipping, receiving, or loading trailers, we'd love to talk with you.

    What You'll Do
    • Accurately pick customer orders using warehouse picking processes.
    • Stage completed orders for shipment and delivery.
    • Load pallets and customer orders onto semi-trailers safely and efficiently.
    • Operate battery-powered material handling equipment to move products throughout the warehouse.
    • Verify order accuracy before shipment.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
    • Work with teammates to meet daily shipping goals and customer delivery schedules.
    • Utilize basic computer systems and email to support warehouse operations.
    What We're Looking For
    • Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping and receiving, or order fulfillment experience preferred.
    • Experience picking, staging, palletizing, or loading trailers is a plus.
    • Ability to safely operate material handling equipment or willingness to learn.
    • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
    • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
    • Basic computer and math skills.
    • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
