Warehouse Order Selector / Returns Associate

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–8:00 PM

Pay: $18.00/hour

We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Order Selector / Returns Associate to join our team. This position will primarily involve returning products to stock and assisting with order selection and pallet building as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Use a walk-behind pallet jack to return products to designated warehouse locations using an item list.
• Pick and select products accurately by matching product numbers and descriptions using a voice-directed headset.
• Hand-stack cases of beverage products weighing up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Build customer orders on pallets according to established stacking patterns.
• Hand-wrap completed orders and apply appropriate labels.
• Move completed orders to the loading dock using an electric pallet jack or walkie-rider.
• Report damaged products, incorrect store numbers, equipment issues, and other discrepancies to supervision.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies when operating warehouse equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment and assist with general warehouse housekeeping.
• Complete additional order-building duties when return-to-stock work is finished.

Requirements:

• Ability to repeatedly lift and stack products weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical warehouse work throughout the shift.
• Must be willing to wear required safety shoes and a safety vest.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and operate warehouse equipment and voice-directed picking technology.
