Hamilton Connections is currently looking for a warehouse/shipping clerk, for a local growing distribution company.
This opportunity will be full-time on the 1st shift (between 8am-5:30pm). It will also offer the chance to get hired permanently for the right candidate.
Solid work history is a must, with some related warehousing and/or shipping knowledge.
The position will involve the following:
- Order selecting and packaging
- Shipping and receiving
- Logistics work
- Computer data entry - UPS/FedEx shipping
- Forklift operation
- Standing the whole shift and physical lifting of the products
Additional requirements for the position include:
- Prior material handling and/or order picking/packing knowledge
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to get forklift certified
- Good attitude with a willingness to learn
- Strong customer service skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
Pay range is based on experience but will range between $18-$22 per hour.
