Warehouse- Outbound - FH Nights - Sun-Wed

Join our team as a Warehouse-Outbound Associate (Nights) in Newnan, GA, and become a vital part of a fast-paced, innovative logistics operation. This night-shift role offers an excellent opportunity for career growth, with a pay rate of $20.00 per hour, along with potential overtime and advancement options. You will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, contributing to the success of our distribution network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Verify quantities, part numbers, and order details to maintain accuracy.
• Pack products securely, label shipments, and stage pallets for carrier pickup.
• Load trailers safely and efficiently, adhering to safety protocols.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure shipment accuracy.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklift trucks (if certified).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support inventory counts and verifications.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet productivity and safety standards.
• Support additional warehouse duties, including overtime during peak periods.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
• Dependability with reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment centers.
• Familiarity with RF scanners or warehouse management systems.
• Forklift certification or experience operating industrial trucks.
• Experience in e-commerce or high-volume logistics settings.

Shift Details:

• Night shifts on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
