Join our team as a Warehouse-Outbound Associate (Nights) in Newnan, GA, and become a vital part of a fast-paced, innovative logistics operation. This night-shift role offers an excellent opportunity for career growth, with a pay rate of $20.00 per hour, along with potential overtime and advancement options. You will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, contributing to the success of our distribution network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Verify quantities, part numbers, and order details to maintain accuracy.
- Pack products securely, label shipments, and stage pallets for carrier pickup.
- Load trailers safely and efficiently, adhering to safety protocols.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure shipment accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklift trucks (if certified).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Support inventory counts and verifications.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet productivity and safety standards.
- Support additional warehouse duties, including overtime during peak periods.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Dependability with reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment centers.
- Familiarity with RF scanners or warehouse management systems.
- Forklift certification or experience operating industrial trucks.
- Experience in e-commerce or high-volume logistics settings.
