Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 7 AM - 5:30 PM

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.

Experience Requirements

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Associate, Material Handler, Picker/Packer, Shipping & Receiving Clerk, Production Worker, or Manufacturing Associate is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment while meeting productivity and accuracy goals.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new warehouse processes, equipment, and procedures.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift.
• Frequently bend, reach, stoop, twist, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures and conditions.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety footwear.

Job Duties

• Pick, pack, sort, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Load, unload, move, and organize products and materials within the warehouse.
• Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and damage while ensuring order accuracy.
• Assist with inventory counts, stock organization, and inventory control activities.
• Follow customer specifications, work instructions, and company procedures.
• Meet established productivity, quality, and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Operate warehouse equipment as trained and authorized.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals.
• Perform additional warehouse, logistics, shipping, receiving, and production-related duties as assigned.
