Job Duties

• Accurately pick, pack, and stock products according to order specifications
• Operate or learn to operate an RF Scanner for inventory tracking and order processing
• Perform Value Added Services (VAS) tasks such as labeling, kitting, or light assembly as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
• Follow all company procedures and meet productivity and quality standards
• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy

Requirements

• Warehouse or distribution experience preferred
• RF Scanner experience is highly preferred
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the duration of the shift
• Must be able to work at a steady pace and meet performance expectations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude

What You Will Do

As a Warehouse Packer you will pick customer orders, verify inventory, pack products securely, prepare shipments, apply shipping labels, and stage completed orders for delivery. You will use scanners, warehouse systems, and packing materials while maintaining inventory accuracy, meeting productivity goals, and supporting safe, efficient warehouse operations.

A Warehouse Packer contributes to warehouse success by selecting products, packing shipments, and supporting efficient inventory movement throughout daily operations. This position requires organization, physical stamina, and careful attention to detail.

The Warehouse Packer supports order accuracy, inventory control, and warehouse productivity while maintaining safe work practices and efficient fulfillment processes.
