Pay Rate: $18.40 - $19.00 per hour

Shift: 2 PM - 10:30 PM | 10 PM - 6:30 AM

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Previous production, packaging, or warehouse experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Job Duties

• Pack baked goods according to quality and production standards
• Assist with production and warehouse operations
• Monitor product quality before packaging
• Ensure proper closure and packaging of products
• Remove products that do not meet quality standards
• Report product or equipment issues to supervisors
• Assist with packaging rework as needed
• Properly dispose of scrap materials and packaging waste
• Help monitor packaging equipment performance
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures
• Work effectively with team members and leadership

Physical Capabilities

• Lift up to 30 pounds regularly
• Stand for the entire shift
• Work in cold temperature environments
• Must wear steel-toe shoes
• Must wear required PPE
• Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

What You Will Do

As a Warehouse Packer you will receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout warehouse operations. You will verify inventory, prepare shipments, maintain accurate product locations, support order fulfillment, assist with inventory counts, and help ensure efficient warehouse operations while following established safety procedures.

A Warehouse Packer supports efficient warehouse and distribution operations by helping move products accurately from receiving through final shipment. This position combines organization, physical capability, and attention to detail to support reliable supply chain performance.

The Warehouse Packer requires strong teamwork, safe work practices, and the ability to perform a wide variety of warehouse responsibilities while maintaining inventory accuracy and operational efficiency. Successful candidates contribute directly to dependable warehouse performance.
