SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for Warehouse Painters. Responsible for operating electrostatic powder coating equipment to apply powder paint to metal products on a conveyorized paint line. Assists in with the hanging and removing components from the paint conveyor line and the maintenance and cleanup of spray equipment and work area

Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Available shifts include 1st and 2nd shift. Overtime is available on a first come, first serve basis.
Responsibilities of the Warehouse Painters (Powder Coating):- Complies with all safety and health guidelines, quality standard practices/procedures, and housekeeping standards.
- Prepare parts for coating.
- Follow all principles and practices of powder coating application.
- Operate all coating equipment including guns, hoppers, and booth collection systems.
- Observe machine gauges and equipment operation to detect defects.
- Bake parts at appropriate temperatures within time limitations.
- Ensure that all components are produced/coated efficiently and are consistent with company-established goals for quality and customer order on-time performance.
- Ensure quality standards and processes are used throughout the facility.
- Load and unload parts or products onto fixtures.
- Good knowledge of the mechanics and repair of painting equipment.
- Proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment.
- Follow all clean-up and housekeeping procedures.
- Ensures product is not moved to the next operation until the required inspection and tests are complete.
Required Qualifications of the Warehouse Associate (General Laborers): - Previous warehouse experience and/or training preferred.
- Previous painting or powder coating experience
- High attention to detail and safety/compliance.
- Demonstrate good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and sound judgement.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
