Warehouse - Part time Opportunity

Under the direction of the Receiving Supervisor, the individuals will be responsible for the stable flow of materials in the internal supply chain for all manufacturing departments, receiving, storing and distributing required inventory within and throughout the warehouse and production areas.

Shift

The ideal candidate will be able to work:  1:00pm- 4:00pm; 2-4 days a week, Monday - Friday or as job responsibilities require

Pay

$20.57 

Essential Functions

• Track and log incoming and outgoing inventory
• Accept deliveries of goods and store them accordingly
• Verify materials received against purchase requisitions/packing slips
• Complete raw material sampling and documentation per established procedures
• Fill and process distributor orders
• Maintain warehouse and cooler/freezer areas and ensure orderly storage of materials and inventory
• Use warehouse management system to monitor inventory and balance accounts
• Participate in inventory cycle counts
• Restock as needed per established procedures
• Load, unload, and move materials within production departments
• Read work orders or follow oral instructions to determine the materials or containers to be moved or stored
• Convey materials within plant using material handling equipment such as the standup reach truck, walkie truck, and forklift
• Monitor quality of product by performing all relevant quality control checks
• Maintain and organize pallet inventory per established procedures
• Assist with other production departments as needed
• Perform job duties in a manner that meets company Quality and Safety standards.
