Warehouse / Parts Runner
$18-24 hourly | Virginia Beach, VA

We are looking for a resourceful and dedicated Warehouse / Parts Runner to join our team. We offer on-the-job training, a positive work environment, and ample opportunities for career advancement. What You'll Do:
- Pick up and deliver HVAC parts, equipment, and materials to job sites and suppliers
- Receive, organize, stock, and maintain warehouse inventory
- Pull and stage materials for install and service jobs
- Verify deliveries against purchase orders and packing slips
- Handle warranty and core returns
- Keep warehouse, shop, and company vehicles clean and organized
- Maintain and update basic inventory and delivery logs
- Track stock levels and report shortages
- Assist with warehouse and vehicle inventory counts and audits
- Support technicians with urgent parts deliveries and jobsite setup as needed
- Properly dispose of scrap materials, old equipment, and refrigerant containers

Required Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record is required
- Experience working in a warehouse is required
- HVAC or trades experience is highly preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer proficiency for GPS, inventory, tracking
- Ability to follow directions and work independently
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong ability to multi-task and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform manual tasks such as loading/unloading HVAC parts and equipment
