WHAT YOULL DO
Use handheld barcode scanners to receive, locate, track, and verify inventory, and perform inventory and cycle counts to ensure accurate stock levels.
Perform a variety of warehouse duties, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and stocking, while maintaining accuracy and productivity in a fast-paced environment.
Load, unload, organize, and inspect incoming and outgoing shipments, reporting any damages or discrepancies and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Follow established warehouse procedures and safety standards, work collaboratively to meet order fulfillment goals, and operate forklifts or other material handling equipment when required and authorized.
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
Previous warehouse experience, including order picking, packing, shipping, and receiving.
Proficiency using handheld barcode scanners for inventory tracking and order accuracy.
Experience performing inventory counts, cycle counts, and maintaining accurate stock records.
Ability to safely load, unload, organize, and move materials while following established safety procedures.
Ability to operate a forklift, or willingness and capability to do so if required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS This role requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Candidates must be able to safely operate warehouse equipment, work in varying warehouse conditions, and perform repetitive physical tasks while following all safety procedures.
