Warehouse Pick and Pack

Picker/Packer Warehouse Associate
Groveport, Ohio
Shift: Monday - Friday
Hours: 6am - 4:30pm OT on Saturdays 8a-2:30p
Pay: $16.50

Duties and Responsibilities
? Receiving & storing materials
? Picking, packing & scanning orders for pickup and delivery.
? Processes orders efficiently in a fast paced environment; Palatalize, label and shrink wrapping orders.
? Communicate quality & inventory issues
? Maintain the overall cleanliness of the warehouse and equipment.
? Promote peer to peer accountability to ensure all team members adhere to company SOPs and safety procedures.
? Partner with management to analyze your performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
? Other duties as assigned?

 Minimum Requirements
? Must be 18 years of age or older.
? High school diploma or equivalent.
? Must be available to work OT as required to support business needs
? Prior experience in distribution or warehousing preferred.
? Ability to lift, lower and carry heavy objects up to 30 lbs.
? Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for the entire shift.
? Ability stand and/or walk on concrete for the duration of the shift
? Ability to work in varying temperatures as the warehouse is not climate controlled.
? Good verbal and written communication skills
? Has basic computer knowledge and skills.
