Warehouse Picker - Forklift
Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, Second Shift, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM (Will conduct training on first shift)
Pay Rate: $18/hr - $20/hr

Warehouse Picker - Forklift responsibilities include:
- Full-Cycle Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, stage, and pack products according to pick tickets, ensuring all shipments are secure and meet our high standards for accuracy.
- Inventory & Stock Management: Manage the flow of goods by receiving, inspecting, and putting away inventory while assisting with regular cycle counts to ensure data integrity.
- Equipment & Material Handling: Safely operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to transport heavy materials and organize the warehouse floor.
- Operational Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized work environment and strictly adhere to all company safety protocols and food-grade handling policies.
- Quality Oversight: Monitor inventory for damages or discrepancies and proactively report concerns to leadership to maintain our commitment to excellence.
Warehouse Picker - Forklift requirements include:- Proven Expertise: At least 5+ years of professional experience in warehouse operations and high-volume order picking.
- Physical Strength: Ability to consistently lift, carry, and transport items weighing 60 pounds or more throughout the duration of your shift.
- Technical & Language Skills: Strong forklift operation skills (certification preferred) and the ability to communicate effectively; bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a significant plus.
- Attention to Detail: A high level of precision in picking and packing to ensure order accuracy and minimal shipping errors.
- Reliability & Schedule: A dependable, punctual work ethic with the availability to work the 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM (Monday-Friday) shift.
