Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM

Job Duties

• Operate a forklift to unload/load inbound and outbound freight and for general material handling throughout the facility.
• Perform daily housekeeping assignments and 5S responsibilities.
• Unload and stage material for receiving.
• Accurately process inbound receipt of freight.
• Correctly label material before storage.
• Storage of product based on material type.
• Pick material based on sales orders.
• Properly pack materials for shipment based on relevant procedures and standards.
• Support the Cycle Count program.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.

Experience Requirements

• 1 year of experience.
• Knowledge of inventory control systems (i.e. SAP)
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving + analytical skills

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull products weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to safely handle products while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in warehouse and fulfillment environments while following established safety procedures.

What You Will Do

As a Warehouse Picker you will pick customer orders, verify inventory, pack products securely, prepare shipments, apply shipping labels, and stage completed orders for delivery. You will use scanners, warehouse systems, and packing materials while maintaining inventory accuracy, meeting productivity goals, and supporting safe, efficient warehouse operations.

The Warehouse Picker is responsible for preparing customer orders through accurate product selection, secure packaging, and organized shipment preparation. This role requires dependable work habits, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain productivity in fast-paced warehouse environments.
