Warehouse Associate – Inbound Receiving

Job Summary
Exegistics Resource Solutions is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in the Park 100 area of Indianapolis. This role is responsible for receiving, processing, and organizing inbound freight while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process all inbound freight shipments accurately
  • Verify merchandise against purchase orders, packing slips, and system data
  • Sort packages by vendor and purchase order
  • Repalletize freight as needed for storage and putaway
  • Enter shipment data into the warehouse computer system, including item, quantity, and specifications
  • Deliver paperwork and packing slips to the Control Desk when required
  • Identify priority shipments and ensure immediate processing
  • Unload trucks safely
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Assist with special projects and perform additional duties as assigned

  • Ability to distinguish between similar products (size, color, vendor codes, etc.)
Experience
  • Previous warehouse or receiving experience preferred
Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred, or comparable work experience
