Warehouse Picker Packer

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in axle and suspension components, is seeking a Warehouse Picker Packer to join their team. As a Warehouse Picker Packer, you will be part of the warehouse operations team supporting inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping preparation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Picker Packer

Location: Cookeville, TN

Pay Range: $17.00

Shift: 6:30AM TO 3:00PM Monday to Friday

What's the Job?

• Select parts, axles, and suspension components from warehouse shelves based on work orders
• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, or other machinery to move, stack, and stage heavy inventory
• Prepare orders for shipment by packing, banding, or wrapping materials, including large axle assemblies
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory counts
• Keep the work area clean and organized, ensuring compliance with safety standards

What's Needed?

• Previous warehouse, material handling, or forklift experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform strenuous tasks
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good physical stamina and reliability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
