Schedule: Sunday-Wednesday | 6:00 AM-4:30 PM

4-Day Work Week | Overtime Available

Warehouse Picker/Packer Job Duties:

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately
• Use RF scanners and barcode technology to process inventory and complete orders
• Locate products throughout the warehouse using inventory systems
• Sort, label, and prepare products for shipment
• Verify order accuracy, quantities, and product information
• Package items according to customer requirements
• Prepare orders for shipping and fulfillment
• Assist with general warehouse, distribution, and inventory activities
• Maintain productivity and quality standards
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow warehouse procedures and safety guidelines
• Support daily warehouse operations as assigned

Warehouse Picker/Packer Skills + Requirements:

• Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, order picking, or packing experience preferred
• Experience using RF scanners, barcode scanners, or warehouse inventory systems is preferred
• Experience with picking, packing, sorting, labeling, or shipping activities
• Ability to accurately process customer orders and verify product information
• Basic inventory control knowledge preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to meet productivity and quality standards
• Reliable attendance and dependable work habits
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Team-oriented attitude with a focus on safety and quality

Warehouse Picker/Packer Physical Capabilities:

• Lift and move products up to 50 lbs.
• Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
• Perform repetitive warehouse tasks including picking, packing, scanning, sorting, and labeling
• Bend, reach, and move materials as needed
• Work in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment
